If you have completed an external training that you would like to input data for in Paychex Learning, you can do so in the Paychex Transcript Tools.
Add Training
Click Add Training.
Add the Title, Training Provider, and Completion Date and then Save. The Expiration Date, Credits Earned, Score, and Certificate Upload are optional.
Managing Your Transcript
You may edit the transcript data by clicking the pencil icon or delete by clicking the X.
Note: The edit and delete options will only appear next to transcripts that were added manually and will not appear next to content completed in Paychex Learning.
