The Live Training Calendar allows users to see live training sessions available for registration and those they have already registered for. Your live trainings can be seen in Calendar View or Agenda View.
From the Live Training Calendar, you can view session details, register for a new session, unregister from session enrollments, and download an ICS file to add the live training session to a third-party calendar.
Note: Users must be enrolled in the Live Training Course to see the 'Register' option.
Open Training Calendar
In the Learning Navigation menu, click the Training Calendar link.
View Calendar
The Live Training Calendar displays all live training sessions that you have registered for [1] and those that are available for registration [2]. You can use the calendar in Calendar View or Agenda View [3].
To find a live training session at a future date, click the Date drop-down menu [4].
To return to the current date, click the Today button [5].
View Session Details
To view details of a live training session, click the name of the session [1]. Session details include the title, date, time, location, instructor, and description [2].
Register for Session
To register for a live training session, click the name of the session [1] and click the Register button [2].
Register for Web Conference
If the presenter has added a web conference registration link, a toast message will appear at the top of your screen prompting you to also register for the web conference.
Unregister from Session
To unregister from a live training session, click the name of the session [1] and click the Unregister button [2].
Open Agenda View
To view the Live Training Calendar in Agenda view, click the Agenda icon.
Agenda View
In Agenda View, you can view the title, date, time, location, and instructors of live training sessions [1]. You can also register for [2] and unregister from [3] sessions. To download an ICS file and add the live training session to a third-party calendar, click the Download Invite button [4].
To return to Calendar View, click the Calendar icon [5].
