After you login to PLE as an author, the PLE dashboard defaults to the Learning Library page. Authors can manage courses and the learning library, as well as view all users in the account.
Notes:
- Authors cannot assign content to the learners.
- Manager Authors can assign content to all learners.
- The Author role is only available with the Paychex Learning Enhanced product
- Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Viewing the Navigation
As an author, the Navigation menu includes links to Learn, Tools, and Author area which links to courses, programs, live trainings, surveys, journeys and checkpoints. You can also get to Admin section.
Note: The Navigation menu may differ based on what is enabled in your account.
