Paychex Learning uses an employee's Flex login as a single sign-on access point. When an employee is added in Paychex Flex via the People list, their learner profile is automatically created within 24 hours of their Hire Date.
Employees must register their Paychex Flex account before they can access their assigned trainings.
The Access & Permissions section in the Paychex Flex People list allows Admins to grant users with elevated access to the Paychex Learning system. This is a convienient way to assign additional responsibilities such as purchasing content, authoring courses, assigning training, or viewing reports.
Navigate to the People list by selecting the person icon from your Paychex Flex dashboard.
Locate and select the user who requires elevated access.
Select Edit in the Company Access section.
Select the approprite access from the list and Save your changes.
